Nicola works primarily with Trusts and the Administration of Estates.
Prior to joining Coupe Bradbury Nicola has spent three years working in financial services and therefore has a good awareness of the investment options available to Trustees.
Having originally worked in the area of residential conveyancing and assisting in Wills and Probate at a local Blackpool.

Jessica studied for her law degree at The University of Manchester and gained her post graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Central Lancashire..
Prior to joining Coupe Bradbury in 2017 Jessica gained experience in dealing with both personal injury claims and private client matters.

Annette Jackson is a Consultant Solicitor with over 30 years experience in employment law services.
Annette’s reputation has been built on the provision of the highest quality service as a Partner in John Budd & Co. Solicitors and as Managing Director of Access Employment Law Limited.
Annette and her team joined Coupe Bradbury Solicitors in May 2015 and she is delighted to be able to offer her expertise to both Commercial and Private clients.
James trained as a solicitor between 2007-2009 and qualified as a solicitor in 2009. He has always worked on the Fylde Coast and has built up a loyal following of clients whom he has assisted over the years. He is proud of the personal service that he provides and the assistance that he can provide to families and individuals in their time of need. He acts as an attorney for several clients providing them with vital assistance when required and willingly takes on this role to assist clients either when they need help, or in preparation for a situation where they may need it.
James joined Coupe Bradbury in April 2014 and is based at our Lytham office, but will happily meet clients at our Kirkham office or visit them at home if required.
He was admitted as a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) in 2014.
Angela qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2007, prior to which she worked as a paralegal in property transactions for a large Manchester law firm for over 10 years. Since 2007 she has practiced Property Law in the Fylde and joined Coupe Bradbury in May 2014.

Irene has many responsibilities but principally the financial management, credit control, budgeting, employment, general personnel and pastoral care of the practice.
Irene is a very approachable person and among other issues can discuss with clients the funding solutions most suitable to their needs. This puts their minds at rest and ensures that the costs can be afforded before any work is undertaken. This is an invaluable service and one which is greatly appreciated by our clients.
Away from the office, Irene is a past president of Rotary and a Paul Harris Fellow, a prestigious honour given to few Rotarians. She is also a keen sportswoman having played squash to a high competitive level. She now plays golf and is a member of Royal Lytham & St Annes Golf Club.
Emma also has particular experience in matters concerning children, to cover issues in respect of residence and contact.
Having played squash at a competitive level, Emma now enjoys keeping fit, especially through swimming and boxing. She also loves to travel.

Having studied for his law degree at the Law School of the University of Central Lancashire, Colin qualified as a solicitor when he joined Coupe Bradbury in 1996 (initially working on family cases and general litigation.
Having played rugby at Fylde for many years, Colin is now a keen golfer and cyclist.
Simon is an Advanced Member of the Law Society Family Law Panel and Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association). He is also a member of the Legal Service Commission Appeals Committee and formerly a Senior Peer Reviewer. He has been recognised in the Good Lawyer Guide for outstanding legal practice.
Simon qualified as a solicitor in 1977 at the University of Wales, Cardiff. He is a past president of the Blackpool and Fylde Law Society and is currently the Society’s treasurer.
Away from the office Simon enjoys sport. Having represented Surrey and the University of Wales at hockey. He now plays golf and is a member of Royal Lytham & St Annes Golf Club. He is also a keen artist, particularly portraiture.
