Over the years, through careful and efficient lifetime estate planning on behalf of large numbers of clients, he has deprived the Inland Revenue of substantial amounts of Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax and Income Tax. He acts for clients throughout the United Kingdom. He is also knowledgeable and experienced in charity law and has established a considerable number of charitable trusts. The founder of our firm, David Coupe, became a solicitor in 1968. He has considerable experience of all types of legal work but over the last 20 years has specialised in commercial work (acting for small to medium sized business clients) and trust and estate planning work.
