Paul is an experienced specialist personal injury solicitor and is also a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and the College of Personal Injury Law (CPIL) at Associate Level. He handles personal injury claims for clients based both locally and throughout the country, ranging from minor injuries to serious injuries and fatal accidents.

Paul works in tandem with Insurance Brokers who endorse his services in the confident knowledge that their clients will be well looked after and will receive an exceptional service.

In his time at Coupe Bradbury, Paul has successfully concluded Personal Injury Claims attracting very significant compensation. On a day-to-day basis the department conducts claims ranging from minor injuries of a few weeks duration to cases involving catastrophic injuries and fatal accidents. He is also dedicated to obtaining Treatment and Rehabilitation for his clients at the expense of the guilty Defendant.

Paul approaches all his claims, especially those with serious injuries, on the basis that a Lawyer must do more than simply provide legal advice and assistance. Paul works alongside a longstanding and qualified network of Consultants, Barristers and Rehabilitation Consultants to ensure that his clients obtain the correct level of Rehabilitation and the maximum level of compensation allowed under English Law.

He has also recently successfully undertaken and completed the CACDP British Sign Language [BSL] Level 1 qualification and is now able to interpret to Level 1 Standard.

Paul will see clients at either of our two offices, at hospital or at home in the evenings. The firm receives many letters from satisfied clients praising the supportive, open and professional way that he has dealt with their cases. If you would like to discuss a potential accident claim with Paul completely without obligation, he can be contacted at our Lytham office.
