Separation

The breakdown of all relationships, whether the parties are married or not, involves many issues that need to be rapidly addressed.

It is at this time in particular, when you are at your most vulnerable, facing the uncertainty that separation brings with it.

It may be that you have been the subject of physical or mental abuse, or both, or possibly it is your children who have been subjected to the abuse. Possibly, you have never had to deal with the finances having always depended upon your spouse to do that for you.

Whatever your situation might be, it is vital that clear and objective advice is given in order that you become aware of your rights and all the possible pitfalls at an early stage so that the maximum amount of protection and benefit can be given to you.

Following our initial interview, we will send to you full written advice which you will be able to read and return to at your leisure.
